Time & Materials
A pre-agreed day rate, invoiced fortnightly against actuals. Scope flexes without renegotiation. Works best with a strong product manager on both sides — for evolving products and long-term embedded work.
Monthly Retainer
A fixed monthly fee for a defined team allocation. Rolling 30-day notice. Continuous delivery, no project-start / project-end overhead. We become an extension of your team — built for funded startups, scale-ups and corporates with ongoing product work.
Discovery Only
Scoping and strategy on a flat fee. You leave with a product brief, technical spec, roadmap and a credible cost estimate. No commitment to a full build — though most clients continue. Best for validating scope and cost before committing budget.

Discovery
Stakeholder interviews, system audit, product brief, technical architecture and a costed sprint plan. You leave with a real document — even if you don't continue with us.
Design
Information architecture, user flows and high-fidelity UI. We establish or extend a design system and run design ahead of engineering, so the build never waits on Figma.
Build
Two-week sprints. Daily async standups, mid-sprint check-ins, end-of-sprint demos. AI agents execute, engineers supervise quality and architecture. Faster, with a higher quality bar.
Ship
Tested, deployed, documented, handed over. You own the code, the IP and the infrastructure. Ongoing support, iteration and expansion — on your terms.
